Gecko OEM Service Process

Gecko aims to be a professional China OEM factory. This is the concept we have been keeping to from the beginning. The relentless pursuit to of high quality and timely delivery has become the permanent topic in our company. Over time, Gecko has been known for its quality, consistency and reliability.We have professional equipments, workers and products to provide customers with professional OEM services.

Step 01:Confirm the Model, Quanties and Price

Contact us to get the catalog, select the models and provide the quantites. We negotiate the price and confirm the order. Then customer pay the deposit.

Step 02:Start the Production

After receiving customer’s deposit, we will put the order in the list and start the production. During the production process, we will communicate with customer if there is any problem.

Step 03:Quality Inspection

During production, we will do at least 3 times inspection.The first step is to check whether the internal strusture of the products are complete. The second step is to check the appearance of the products.The third step is to check the sound of the products.

Step 04:Balance & Shipping

After finishing the production, we will take pictures to customers to confirm. Then customer pay the balance. Before shipping, we will do the last time quality inspection.Regarding shipping, we can deliver to products to customer forwarder’s warehouse. Or we deliver to the seaport.

Step 05:Feedback & After-sales service

Bring to the table win-win survival strategies to ensure proactive domination.

Step 06:Follow-Up Service

Track whether the customer received the goods. And customers can contact us if he has any problem.
